Association of Architecture School Librarians (AASL) is a not-for-profit
organization whose purpose is to advance academic architectural librarianship,
to develop and increase the
usefulness of architecture school librarians in the advancement of architectural

Association of College and Research Libraries
College Art Association
Founded in 1911, the College Art Association promotes excellence in scholarship and teaching in the history and criticism of the visual arts and in creativity and technical skill in the teaching and practices of art.
Consortium for the Computer Interchange of Museum Information
The CIMI Consortium consists of 16 organizations who have agreed to work cooperatively to solve complex problems relating to the electronic interchange of museum information. CIMI's major focus of effort is project CHIO, a demonstration project on the theme of folk art.

Picture Licensing Univeral System
The PLUS Coalition is an international non-profit initiative with a mission to simplify and facilitate the communication and management of image rights. Organized by respected associations, leading companies, standards bodies, scholars and industry experts, the PLUS Coalition exists for the benefit of all communities involved in creating, distributing, using and preserving images. Spanning more than thirty countries, these diverse stakeholders have collaborated to develop PLUS, a system of standards that makes it easier to communicate, understand and manage image rights in all countries.
